Services
Operations
Once the EOR project is underway, ongoing surveillance and monitoring insures the best and most cost effective use of improved oil recovery technologies. TIORCO works with field operators to monitor and perform feed system calibration, water sample collection, reservoir performance reviews, and problem solving.
Training
All of TIORCO’s field technicians go through rigorous training to ensure they have complete knowledge of the pumping units and their safe operation, chemical uses, and hazards they may encounter on the job.
Safety
Every TIORCO employee has the responsibility to prevent accidents by observing established working rules, by following the directions of supervisors, by practicing the principles taught in safety training, and by informing supervisors and other employees of potential hazards where safety may become compromised. TIORCO has very strict policies about safety regulations and adherence to those policies. Every field technician goes through specialized safety training that includes up to 17 different classes from H2S to forklift operation.
Product inventory / PU scheduling
TIORCO has a detailed tracking program to monitor available inventory and what will be required for upcoming jobs. This is tied to the Pumping Unit schedule so that we ensure the availability of both for your requirements.
Monitor on-going treatments
TIROCO collects treatment pressure, rate, and volume every five minutes from an onboard data recorder. The pressure rate relationship are plotted and monitored throughout the treatment to determine if changes in the designed program are warranted. This information is shared and discussed with reservoir engineer to place a treatment that has the greatest chance of success. The goal is to allow the well to dictate, through the pressure rate relationship, what is needed to increase the chances for an economic success.
Reports Provided to Operator
 |
Morning Reports: are generated each day and show all the related information (pressures, rates, concentrations, as well as comments about the process) about the injection process for the past 24 hours. |
 |
Project Summaries: are put together at the end of a project, showing in detail, everything that was done during the project, and the results of those treatments. Follow-up reports are requested from the operator so that we may continue to monitor the results and make informed recommendations about follow-up treatments if necessary. |
