RPSEA Selects Layline Petroleum/TIORCO Proposal for 2008 Small Producer Program The Research Partnership to Secure Energy for America (RPSEA) announced that six proposals have been selected for negotiations leading to an award under the RPSEA 2008 Small Producer Program. This program, which focuses on the technology challenges of small producers, targets advancing technology for mature fields.One of the selected projects was based on a joint proposal between Layline Petroleum, TIORCO LLC, and University of Texas titled - Field Demonstration of Alkaline Surfactant Polymer Floods in Mature Oil Reservoirs, Brookshire Dome, Texas. Treatments Cut Water, Boost Oil Rates in Offshore California Platform Ben Turner, TIORCO and Bob Zahner, Venoco co-authored an article that appeared in the June 2009 issue of American Oil & Gas Reporter.
