Position Purpose: Based in the United States, the person will have responsibility for contributing to the growth of Tiorco’s U.S. business. The sales specialist will help clients improve the recovery efficiency of their oil and gas producing properties utilizing chemical technologies. The company’s continued growth requires support from ambitious, confident and dynamic individuals. Position available immediately.
Position Responsibilities:
Learn the company’s technology and track record in the industry in improving oil recovery.
Implement the company’s marketing and sales strategy and tactical plan.
Contact potential U.S. clients and expand Tiorco’s presence in the U.S.
Prepare proposals and designs for Tiorco technologies.
Periodic travel is anticipated to California, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas
Develop innovative marketing and sales strategies that drive higher levels of growth.
Establish and sustain relationships with the management team to ensure knowledgeable, active management in the company
Routinely communicate sales status, forecasts and business opportunities to the rest of the management team.
Experience and Education Requirements:
Proven success in selling technology-based products or services in the oil and gas markets.
Demonstrable success in introducing a new technology into an industrial field.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Experience developing a value proposition and pricing that is engaging to customers while at the same time maximizing profitability for the company
Experience organizing and prioritizing work flow and efforts.
A self-starter who works well independently, but also is a team player.
Proven success in crafting, presenting and implementing successful sales proposals.
Competent computer skills
Understanding of oil and gas production
University degree (preferably in engineering, chemistry, geology or related science)
